Alisa Atkinson McDonald is a transformational executive coach and organizational leadership consultant who helps leaders turn strategy into sustained performance.

With more than 30 years of Fortune 100 leadership experience and a national consulting footprint, Alisa partners with leaders to navigate complexity, strengthen culture, and drive measurable results. She has led multiple departments, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, guided enterprise transformation. Today, she brings that executive depth to coaching and consulting engagements across government, healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate organizations.

As Founder of Renew Your Perspective, Alisa designs leadership academies, facilitates engagement initiatives, and provides executive coaching to accelerate clarity, accountability, and alignment. A Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she equips leaders to lead with confidence, emotional intelligence, and strategic focus.
